I can’t write enough good things about this company. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever seen or experienced from ANY company. You can chat with a pro online that’ll help you choose your shade and pick the best product for you, and even lets you connect with them via video to match your skin more accurately! They’re all so friendly and patient and have been on point with their recommendations. You can trust that whatever brands and products they carry aren’t toxic, and their packaging is completely recyclable (I reuse their packing material for my own purposes!). Their return policy just makes me smile — they’ll refund you and tell you to keep the product and share it with a friend in order to reduce their footprint! I love this effort to be as sustainable as possible. And they update their products often and don’t delete any negative comments. I’ve never been unsatisfied in the 3 years that I have been a customer. I swear by this company. 1000000% recommend.

My last two orders went through and then a few days later after shipping partial orders, I was refunded part of my purchases due to previously available items being out of stock. Very disappointing. Most items are available elsewhere for lower prices. Shop around to more reliable stores.

I love the concept of Credo. They vet all the ingredients for you so you don't have to spend hours going down the rabbit hole of what each ingredient does and its safety and toxicity (but if you are interested, you have the option of looking it up by hovering over each ingredient). Basically, EVERYTHING you buy on their website is "clean" so you can just shop and not worry about toxic chemicals, potential carcinogens, hormonal disruptors, etc.

I also appreciate that they do not post fake reviews, remove negative reviews, or incentivize positive reviews. Products that I personally bought have reviews that were clearly posted by others who actually bought and used these products and generally jibe with my personal experiences.

Finally, it is the rare e-commerce website where you can relax and enjoy the shopping because you are not constantly bombarded and intercepted to buy more, more, more. The products are well categorized, you don't get irrelevant products in your searches, and individual product pages are not cluttered with upsells or popups.

I’ve had such great experiences from credo. I ordered two foundations that didn’t workout and when I needed to return they gave me a refund promptly and even let me keep the products (which I disposed since I had no use for them and shouldn’t share in Covid times) but it was so quick and seamless! Will definitely come back!

Credo Beauty has a range of amazing brands of perfumes and skin care products that I absolutely love. One of my favorite brands would definetely be Marie Veronique. I use their Pure + E. O. Free Oil Cleanser, Everyday Coverage Tinted Sunscreen, Eye Repair Serum and Soothing B3 Serum. Only a couple of weeks since I got these products and I'm already loving the results I'm seeing on my skin! Amazing products!

My dermatologist recommended Osea products for my acne so I decided to get their products from Credo Beauty because I'm used to buying from this website. I got their cleanser, algae oil, hyaluronic sea serum and their advanced protection cream. It's been five months since I began using these products with my usual routine and I see visible differences!

My girlfriend steals my perfume a lot and as cute as it is, she ends up smelling like a man all day. Because of this, I decided to get a unisex perfume for myself because I know that no matter what perfume I get her, she'll end up using my stuff. I got a perfume by DedCool, their fragrance number 1 because it is unisex. The smell is really nice, it has a mix of a manly fragrance and a very feminine fragrance as well.

These guys have some amazing fragrances that I absolutely love. The perfumes are much affordable as well, the prices are really worth it too. Their perfumes all have such a natural smell to them, an earthly and nature smell. I've bought some of their stuff but Sci Fi Eau de Parfum and the Midnight Toker would have to be my most favorite ones

I got the 7-Day Detox Fragrance Discovery Set from Credo Beauty and I am in love with this set! There were 7 pieces inside the box and all the 7 were different unique fragrances, all amazing. My favorite would, however, have to be Madie because I love the combo of jasmine with vanilla.

Credo Beauty has become my go-to for skin and hair products and gifts to female friends and relatives. I am careful to stay away from toxic chemicals in cosmetics and I love that every single item on their website has been pre-screened so it does not have bad ingredients such as potential carcinogens, hormone disruptors, etc. I also appreciate that each product shows a full ingredient list and you can hover over each ingredient to see what it's for and the safety profile.

Also, I have noticed that product reviews appear to be unedited i. E. they do not remove negative reviews and also they do not falsify ratings (where the total rating shows 5 stars but when you click through there are lots of 1,2 or 3-star reviews, like Amazon does).

The only downside is that their samples are pretty lame... I wish they had samples of popular products, not just fringe brands or weird products nobody wants.
